This shoe lived up to all reviews/expectations. I was also drawn to the 17 inch circumference - I have large calves. Feels great! They take a little longer to put on than others, but I don't mind for a good fitting boot.

I love these boots. I love boots and these are great looking, warm, feel secure and safe when walking in the snow, and not too bad if it's a bit icy. I am very happy!

Purchased after going simply on description, and looks, plus the reputation of the maker, I am not at all disappointed. I have a narrow half-size foot, but the side zipper plus lace - up style contributes to a great fit - with, or without socks. The boot is very practical, - rugged as well as stylish. The aged grey-beige leather is a great look, and goes well with almost everything - very stylish.Very Warm and very comfortable.

I bought this shoe to walk around the city in the winter. It is very warm! I haven't worn them in the rain, but they are great for warmth.
