Shipping Restrictions

Productexpress.com does not currently ship to all geographical locations and address types. Below are some general guidelines:

  • Productexpress.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. For APO/FPO destinations, please visit our sister site www.shoebuy.com.
  • Productexpress.com does not currently ship to international addresses.

Delivery Times

Allow 1 business day for receipt within the United States when you order with UPS Overnight Service.

As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 24 to 48 hours. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the UPS transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.

Order Tracking

If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails.

  1. Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject "Productexpress.com Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.

  2. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject "Productexpress.com Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your UPS tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

Once you receive an "Order Shipment Confirmation" email for an item, you may track its shipment in any of the following four ways:

  1. Click the link provided in the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email.

  2. Visit the UPS Online Tracking web page. Cut and paste the tracking number from the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email into the UPS Tracking form.

  3. If you are a registered Productexpress.com member and logged in to make your purchase, click the Using Your Account link (available at the bottom of each page on the Productexpress.com website). When prompted, enter your email address and password. Once logged in, select "View Order History." For any item listed as "Shipped", click the "[Track]" link to view progress of the shipment.

  4. Whether or not you are a registered Productexpress.com member, if you have your order confirmation number handy you can click here, enter your order confirmation number and check the status of your order.

If your order appears late, you should consider the following:

  • Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.

  • There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.

  • It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS website.
