FitFlop sandals were biomechanically designed by Dr David Cook and Darren James at LSBU, and have been reported by wearers not only to help firm and tone the lower body, but to provide relief from plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, chronic back pain, sciatica, osteoarthritis, lower limb oedema and RLS and to help wearers affected by scoliosis and degenerative disc disease.

I would prefer these in black and not so shiny, but the fit is great - and surprising since I thought I wore a size 11, and these fit me fine at size 10.

I own several pairs. I like the ones with the fabric. The suede stretches excessively and unable to walk in them. The vinyl patent and the sequence does stretch but not as bad as the suede. The foot bed is very comfortable.
Wears this shoe: All the time; anywhere and as a house slipper.

I bought this shoe because I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. I need a heel stabilizing shoe, but can't stand closed in shoes. I decided to try this one, approved by the APMA.
Wears this shoe: This one, or a similar pair, all the time.
